Live todaySee exactly what runs
  • Each bundle has a recipe: which parts, and how many of each. Its stock isn't typed in; it's calculated from how many bundles the parts can make. When a bundle is paid for, its parts come off stock, and they go back if the order is credited or canceled.

    LIVEinventory-bundle-bom

  • Every run logs which products are at zero, and those days are left out of the sales pace, so a popular product that sold out doesn't look like a slow one. The correction is capped at half the measured period.

  • Every 6 hours, each product in inventory gets a recommendation line: what to do, how urgent it is, how many units to order, and a plain-language sentence explaining why. The screen groups lines by supplier, and the engine never places an order on its own.

    LIVEreplenishment-engine-6h

  • Each supplier's lead time is entered by hand on their record, along with the contact person, phone and email. If the lead time is missing, the engine assumes 7 days.

  • Pick lines from one supplier, adjust the quantities, and the order goes out in plain language by email, WhatsApp or both, with a photo next to each line. Once it's sent successfully, every line is marked as on order. Most suppliers don't have a saved email address yet, so you type it in on the first send.

What the Inventory department does

  1. Recommends what to order every 6 hours

    Live todayHow it works
    • Every 6 hours, each product and raw material in inventory gets a recommendation line: what to do, how urgent it is, how many units to order, and a plain-language sentence explaining why. The screen groups recommendations by supplier, and the engine never places an order on its own.

      LIVEreplenishment-engine-6h

  2. Calculates bundle stock from its parts

    Live todayHow it works
    • Each bundle has a recipe: which parts, and how many of each, even when a part is itself a bundle. Its stock is calculated from how many bundles the parts can make. When a bundle is paid for, its parts come off stock; if the order is credited or canceled, they go back. Every change is logged on the order.

      LIVEinventory-bundle-bom

  3. Counts only days on the shelf

    Live todayHow it works
    • Every run logs which products are at zero, and those days are left out when the sales pace is measured. A popular product that sold out doesn't look like a slow one, so it isn't reordered too low again. At 7 or more missing days, the line spells it out.

      LIVEstockout-aware-velocity

  4. Sends supplier orders once you approve

    Live todayHow it works
    • Pick lines from one supplier, adjust the quantities, and the order goes out in plain language by email, WhatsApp or both, with a photo next to each line. Once it's sent successfully, every line is marked as on order. If a supplier has no saved email address yet, you type it in on the first send.

      LIVEsupplier-order-send

  5. Knows what's on the way and what's late

    Live todayHow it works
    • Quantities marked as on order are subtracted from what's needed, and the product's alert clears. An order more than 3 days past the supplier's entered lead time shows up as late in the morning WhatsApp message.

      LIVEon-order-and-late-orders

  6. Builds gift boxes from stock on hand

    Live todayHow it works
    • Pick a direction, and the system builds a gift box from products already in stock, works out its cost and a price that still leaves a profit, and generates an image for it too. New gift boxes come from what's stuck on the shelf, not from a new supplier order.

      LIVEai-bundle-variant-composer

  7. Flags stock numbers that aren't real

    Live todayHow it works
    • A product whose quantity is a stand-in for infinite is shown as exactly that, not as real stock. Demand forecasts and purchase recommendations aren't built on a number nobody counted.

      LIVEsentinel-stock-honesty

  8. Suggests a clearance that stays profitable

    Live todayHow it works
    • For stock that's truly stuck, it works out a discount percentage, the price after the discount and the profit left over, never going below cost plus 15%. One click turns it into a coupon for that product only.

The question we get about this department

What if the recommendation is wrong?

The engine only recommends. Nothing goes to a supplier without your approval. Every line shows its reason and a confidence score, and you adjust the quantity before sending. You can also set your own threshold for any product.

Live todaySee exactly what runs
  • The engine writes a recommendation for every item and never places an order on its own. Each line gets a confidence score that starts at 100 and drops when sales history is short, when few units sold, and when the cost, supplier, lead time or volume is missing.

    LIVEreplenishment-engine-6h

  • Pick lines from one supplier and adjust the quantities before sending. The order goes out by email, WhatsApp or both only when you press send.

    LIVEsupplier-order-send

  • You can set your own threshold for any product. When stock plus what's on order drops to that level, its line becomes an order recommendation under its supplier, even if the engine didn't forecast demand.
