    • Every invoice file is saved and read the moment it arrives, and the same file never gets entered twice

    • Snap a photo and it reads the invoice: supplier, company ID, number, date, total, VAT and every line

04THE CUSTOMER JOINS

Not: Meta brought in ₪200K in revenue. But: which source brought in the customers worth the most?

One question. Five departments each hold a piece of the answer, and none of them can answer it alone.

  • MarketingWhere they came from
  • OrdersWhat they ordered this time
  • CustomersWhat they bought before
  • ServiceHow much service they needed
  • CustomersWhether they came back
  • FinanceWhat they're worth over time

Here's what the answer looks like

Source A
The most orders. Most customers buy once and never come back.
Source B
A third of the orders. Customers come back three times and need less service.

Source B brought fewer orders and more money.

Illustrative scenario

Where it's headedSee exactly what runs
  • A daily report by channel, based on revenue actually paid and confirmed, with the break-even line marked. Attribution uses the last paid click within seven days, from the journey recorded on the order itself.

    LIVEchannel-roas-daily-mail

  • Every customer gets an RFM score and a persona with a confidence level, based on a history that includes the previous system.

    LIVErfm-persona-engine

  • Each order saves its source, and every order through the packing station has its own profit. Profitability by source, rather than revenue by source, needs total profit per customer, and that isn't possible yet: many orders are missing costs, and there's no ad cost per order.

    VISION

Every decision leaves as a task.

Smart departments are worth nothing if nobody acts on what they recommend.

How we get started

  1. 1

    Check the fit

We find the three places where starting pays off most.

  2. 2

    Learn how you work

Where work is still manual, and what already works well.

  3. 3

    Connect and build

We build on what you already have, one department at a time.

  4. 4

    Roll out and improve

Alongside your team, and we keep improving after launch.

Questions people ask before they start

Who is MOVA for?

Businesses where a lot is going on: orders, stock, staff, suppliers and customers. The fit check tells us whether there's enough real value to unlock. MOVA was built on, and runs every day in, an e-commerce business with a warehouse, a team and deliveries.

Do we have to replace all our systems?

No. We start from what you already have and move one department at a time, beginning where it pays off most. Some tools stay, like your payment provider, which simply connects and reports to MOVA like everything else.

Does it work with our website and the tools we already use?

We connect what you have during onboarding, and tell you up front what needs an account or a permission and what works from day one. Whatever's connected, MOVA reads.

How long until we see results?

The fit check itself delivers something concrete: the three places most worth starting, and a map of where the business still runs by hand. From there we move one department at a time, not through a year-long software project.

How much does it cost?

We start with a fit check to see whether there's enough real value for you. It isn't a pitch for something you don't need. If we don't find anything truly worth changing, we'll tell you.

What do you need from us?

Tell us how you work today, and open an account or grant access where a connection needs it. We'll tell you where in advance. Mapping, connecting, building and rollout are on us. You don't need to become AI experts.

Does the AI make decisions on its own?

Anything that needs a decision comes to you as a recommendation, with the reason behind it, and the call stays yours. The replenishment engine, for example, tells you what to order and why, but never orders on its own. A supplier invoice line the system isn't sure about stays blank until a person fills it in.

Will the chat make up answers for our customers?

No. It answers from the order's real status. When it gets stuck, or a customer asks for a person, it flags the conversation to your team and sends an alert with a summary and a draft reply. Its knowledge never changes on its own: recurring questions come to you as recommendations.

How is our data protected?

Your data is yours. We don't sell it, and we don't use it for anything except running your business.

How is this different from automations like Zapier?

Automation connects actions: when X happens, do Y. MOVA connects understanding: every department works from the same data, so labor cost goes into the profit of every order that passes the packing station, and the site reads the same stock as the warehouse.

How does MOVA use employee data?

Our rule: data should give managers more ways to understand their people, and fewer ways to police them. That decides which screens we build and which we don't. Along the way there's less typing, too: messages and invoices flow straight into the system instead of being keyed in.

Let your business start talking to itself.
