From the first click to a finished checkout.

Your site looks good. But is it fast, easy to find on Google, and run from the same place as everything else?

A promise per address

Same product page.A promise that holds at every address.

Pick where it ships and when it's ordered. The line under the button rewrites itself to promise only what the store can keep.

We only deliver balloons inside their zone, and this address is outside it. The rest of the cart can still ship.

Live todaySee exactly what runs
  • Checkout picks the delivery options to show based on the city, time of day, day of the week, closed holidays and whether there are balloons in the cart, so the site never sells a delivery nobody can make. Same-day delivery closes at each zone's cutoff, and after the last cutoff no zone offers it. One gap remains: the time comes from the visitor's device clock, not Israel time.

    LIVEdelivery-promise-engine

  • Delivery on a date you pick is offered only in cities with real courier coverage. Any city in the default group gets standard delivery only. The rule came from a real order that got a delivery date for a city no courier serves.

    LIVEscheduled-coverage-guard

  • One slow-to-prepare product sets the pace for the whole order. If the cart holds an item that takes up to seven business days, no fast option appears, even when everything else is available right away.

    LIVEshipping-class-matrix

  • Balloons have their own delivery network and their own time window. If the cart has balloons and the city is outside that network, checkout stops before payment and offers to drop just the balloons and carry on.

    LIVEballoon-zone-guard

The cities here stand for types of address, not real places. The times 09:30, 13:00 and 19:00 sit well clear of every cutoff, so the result holds in every zone.

That was the drawing.

The live store, as its customers see it.

Three screens from the store that runs on the system: the menu, a product page, and the same store on a phone. Then the same store's back office: the screen that builds a product from a supplier link. We removed one line from the product page on purpose. The store's "viewing now" counter shows a random number, and a site that only shows real data leaves it out.

What the Website department does

  1. A fast storefront, WordPress underneath

    Live todayHow it works
    • The catalog, orders and plugins live on WordPress, the standard every web professional in Israel knows, so you can switch providers without losing the store. Customers see a separate, fast storefront. Every product has a prebuilt file, the page renders from it instantly, and only then do price and stock refresh in the background from the live system. Measured in production: the prebuilt file comes back in about 40 milliseconds, versus a second and a half to thirty seconds for a live fetch when WordPress is under load.

      LIVEcatalog-snapshot-resilience

  2. The page shows up before any code runs

    Live todayHow it works
    • The first screen arrives as ready-made HTML, with the banner, the menu and the page layout, so visitors see a store before the browser runs a single line of code. That's what decides whether someone from an ad stays or bounces, and every click that bounces before the page loads is one you've already paid for.

      LIVEpaint-first-boot

  3. Built right for Google

    Live todayHow it works
    • Title, description, share image and canonical URL are set in one place and served to Google on every page, even though the storefront isn't WordPress. A page without a title gets one generated from its content, so no page ever goes out untitled.

      LIVEyoast-in-headless

  4. Keep the rankings you already have

    Live todayHow it works
    • Every URL from the old site redirects to its match on the new one: hundreds of redirects, mapped one by one. An old link someone saved, or a URL Google has known for years, keeps working instead of landing on an error page.

      LIVElegacy-301-redirects

  5. A sitemap built from the real catalog

    Live todayHow it works
    • The sitemap is generated from the catalog itself, so new products reach Google without anyone having to remember to update a list. If a whole content type is missing, the generator refuses to write it, rather than publishing half a sitemap and quietly dropping pages from search.

      LIVEsitemap-generator

  6. Four add-on slots, at prices you set

    Live todayHow it works
    • After Add to cart, a pop-up offers up to four complementary products, each at a price you set just for that pop-up: a wine at ₪35 instead of ₪49, while the wine's price stays the same everywhere else on the site. It only opens on the first item, so it doesn't pop up on every add to cart.

      LIVEupsell-slots

  7. A free-shipping goal that grows the cart

    Live todayHow it works
    • Customers see how far they are from free shipping, with suggestions from the catalog to close the gap. A cart that falls just short still counts, because a few shekels aren't worth an abandoned cart.

      LIVEfree-shipping-400-ladder

  8. Add a product in a minute, not an evening

    Live todayHow it works
    • One screen to add a product: name, price, image, category, done. No opening WordPress and waiting on a screen that hangs. Alongside it, another screen takes supplier links and turns them into complete product cards that wait for approval.

      LIVEquick-add-product

  9. Every field says where it came from

    Live todayHow it works
    • Each field on the product card shows its source: from the supplier, written by hand, or suggested by the system. Each one also keeps a version history you can roll back to, so undoing a fix that turned out wrong is one step back, not an investigation.

      LIVEfield-provenance-badges

  10. A menu that sells, not just navigates

    Live todayHow it works
    • Each category in the menu opens a full panel: two columns of subcategories, a label like "fast" on anything urgent, and a column of featured products pulled from that category or hand-picked. Search lives in the same panel. The menu works like a shelf, not a list of links.

      LIVE

  11. Edit the home page without a developer

    Live todayHow it works
    • You edit the main slider and top banner from an admin screen: image, text, link and order. What you save shows up in the very first screen, not a second later after the visitor has already scrolled past.

      LIVEhero-slider-admin

  12. Checkout only offers deliveries that can happen

    Live todayHow it works
    • Checkout picks which delivery options to show based on the city, time of day, day of the week, closed holidays and whether there are balloons in the cart. Date delivery is offered only in zones a courier covers, and after the last cutoff, no zone offers same-day delivery.

      LIVEdelivery-promise-engine

  13. Sold out in the warehouse, sold out on the site

    Live todayHow it works
    • The moment a product is saved anywhere in the system, its stock status and prices are written straight into the site's published pages, with no rebuild to wait for. Up to 25 products update in a single request, and the rest within about a minute.

      LIVEstock-live-patch-to-storefront

  14. Product pages load even when the server is slow

    Live todayHow it works
    • Every product page has a prebuilt copy that loads in about 40 milliseconds, versus 1.6 to 31 seconds measured for a live load from the server. The page renders from the copy, then price and stock refresh in the background.

      LIVEcatalog-snapshot-resilience

  15. Checkout errors reach the owner

    Live todayHow it works
    • When a new error is logged in checkout, payment, the cart or at the payment processor, the owner gets an email and a text within about two minutes. One alert per fault, even if it hit fifty customers.

      LIVEcheckout-error-alert

  16. A price floor against browser tampering

    Live todayHow it works
    • Before an order is created, the server fetches the real price of every line again. It rejects the order if any line is priced below 10% of that price, or if the product can't be identified.

      LIVEcheckout-price-integrity

  17. A dashboard that connects Google Analytics to orders

    Live todayHow it works
    • Traffic, channel, page and device metrics flow from Google Analytics into the operations center, and conversion is measured by landing page, not by the thank-you page where the purchase was recorded.

Open Service

The question we get about this department

We already have a website. Do we have to start over?

Moving keeps what you've already built. URLs Google already knows redirect to the new ones, and a product you've taken down gets an explicit marker instead of a broken link. After the move, you can see how well each landing page converts.

Live todaySee exactly what runs
  • Every old URL from the previous store gets a 301 redirect to its new address, right in the server's very first line. Removed products return an explicit 410 instead of an endless 404.
