I have an accountant. Why do I need Bruno too?
Your accountant's report comes after the month is over. At Master, Bruno answers mid-month: where this month's pace is heading, and what pace you need from today to break even. And your accountant gets a report with one tap.
What if some numbers are missing?
Bruno says so instead of showing a zero. At Hasod, one score shows how much of the picture rests on real measurements, and when a product, shipping, or packaging cost is missing, he works out how much it inflates the profit on screen. An order's shipping cost appears once the carrier reports it, and card processing fees aren't counted yet.
When does Bruno start working at my store?
Bruno works every day at Hasod, our own online gift store. At your store, Maya answers customers from launch day, and Bruno joins one department at a time, once his department's data is in.
