Do I have to replace my POS?
No. MOVA works next to the POS at your counter. A direct connection to it is coming. Until then, what sells at the counter is updated in the admin.
My site comes from a wire service. Can you move it?
Yes, when the domain is in your name or can be moved to you. We check that with you first, along with what can be exported. Then we move your arrangements, photos, and pages, and point every old link to its new page. Your wire-service membership doesn't change: incoming wire orders keep arriving the way they do today.
Will I lose my Google rankings?
Every old URL points to its new page with a permanent redirect, so people and Google land on the right page. Nobody can promise a ranking, so we don't.
Do my drivers need to download an app?
No. Each driver opens the app from a link, sees the open deliveries, claims one, and marks it delivered. The drivers' app is part of Jett's Master level.
What does it cost?
$149/month for the site, the system and all 11 agents at Basic. No credits. Cancel any month. Setup and the move are a one-time fee, quoted after a short call. Prices are before sales tax where it applies.
