What does an AI invoice processing agent do?

What if Pixie reads a line wrong?
A line without a confident match stays empty and waits for a person, instead of guessing the closest product. An invoice isn't approved until someone has decided on every line. The goal is to take away the typing and keep the control with you.
Does Pixie pay suppliers?
No. Pixie checks every invoice she reads and flags what doesn't match. Paying stays with you.
When does Pixie start working at my store?
Pixie works every day at Hasod, our own online gift store. At your store, Maya answers customers from launch day, and Pixie joins one department at a time, once her department's data is in.
How much does an AI invoice processing agent cost?

How many invoices can Pixie read?
10 supplier invoices a month at Basic, up to 200 at Premium, and up to 400 at Master. We tell you before you reach the limit, nothing stops in the middle of a task, and anything beyond the limit goes ahead only after you approve it.
What happens to my store's data?
Pixie works with your supplier invoices: the photos and PDFs, their lines, and the supplier's details. We use your data only to run the service and never share it, except with the infrastructure, AI, and messaging providers that run it. Your store's data lives in its own database. It belongs to you.
