AI agents for online stores. What is an AI employee?
An AI employee is an AI agent with one job in your online store: it does the work and brings you what needs a decision. MOVA gives your store 11, one for each department, all at Basic in the $149/month base. At a US store, Maya starts on launch day, and the rest join one department at a time.
$149/month before sales tax, with all 11 agents at Basic.
01The definition
Not another chatbot. An employee with a job.
A regular chatbot waits for a question. An AI employee owns a department: it notices when something changes, and brings you a proposal.

A name and one job
Each one owns one department, and has a question of its own.

Knows your store, at Premium
At Basic, each one does the core of its job. At Premium, it knows your whole store: what's in stock, who ordered, what was promised, and what already shipped.

It proposes. You decide.
You decide what runs on its own, and nothing that costs money runs until you turn it on. Approve, change, or say no.
02The team
An AI employee for every department.
11 agents in three groups: facing customers, behind the scenes, and money and quality. Each card leads to the agent's own page.
Facing customers
On the site, in chat, in marketing, and in the market.

- Premium: Also answers about a specific order, from its live status, not a guess

Cleo
Marketing & content
Post ideas for the month, and an ad budget that still makes money.
What I do:
- Basic: Works out what you can spend on ads per order and still make money, and brings post ideas
- Premium: Writes campaigns, posts, and emails, and measures each channel by the money that came in

- Premium: Spots what's starting to sell, and what sold this season last year
Behind the scenes
Orders, stock, shipments, and staff time.

Axel
Orders & operations
Today's orders on one board.
What I do:
- Basic: A daily order board: what came in, what's being packed, and what shipped
- Premium: Sends an order only to someone on shift, and its timer starts on its own

Stocky

- Basic: Warns you when a product is about to run out
- Premium: Recommends what to reorder and how much, every 6 hours, and knows what's on the way

Jett

Every package is on the board, and one that waits too long stands out.
What I do:
- Basic: A shipping board: what's waiting for pickup, what's on the way, and how long each package has waited
- Premium: Creates the shipment from the order, and checks each package until it's delivered

Mimi
Staff & scheduling
Know who's working, and when.
What I do:
- Basic: A time clock on a tablet, for up to 3 staff
- Premium: Builds a draft schedule from your team's availability
Money and quality
Invoices, profit, and checks.

Pixie
Invoices & documents
Your paperwork in one place, not in a pile.
What I do:
- Basic: Reads supplier invoices line by line, 10 a month
- Premium: Recognizes each supplier, sorts each expense, and adds the goods to your stock

Bruno
Finance & planning
Know your break-even point before you spend.
What I do:
- Basic: Works out your break-even point from numbers you enter
- Premium: Shows the profit on every order, before card processing fees

Q
Quality control
Checks by fixed rules, and stays quiet when there's nothing to say.
What I do:
- Checks by fixed rules: checkout, chat, hours, deliveries, invoices, and cash flow
- Stops a report that fails a check, and alerts you
At your store, Maya answers customers from launch day, and the rest join one department at a time. All 11 work every day at Hasod, the online gift store in Israel where we built MOVA.
03Why it helps
What changes with a team like this?
This is how it looks today at Hasod, our own online gift store, where all 11 work. At your store, Maya starts on launch day, and the rest join one department at a time.
The routine gets handled
An answer to a customer about an order, stock that updates with every sale, an invoice read line by line: the work that repeats every day gets done, and your people keep their time for work that needs a person.
Meet Pixie
Fewer rushed mistakes
An hours report with a missing clock-in doesn't go to the accountant, and a new error at checkout sends an alert within about 2 minutes.
Meet Q
Even in the middle of the night
Maya answers customers in web chat at any hour. What needs a person waits for the morning, flagged for your team.
Meet Maya
The decision stays yours
They propose, with the reasons and the numbers. A supplier order, a campaign, or a new price goes ahead only after your OK.
Meet Stocky
04How they work
How does an AI employee actually work?
When something needs a decision, they don't act alone. At Hasod, it works like this:
- 1

One agent notices
Something changes in its department: a product running low, a customer waiting for a person, an invoice with a new price.
- 2

A proposal, with the reasons
What to reorder and why, a draft reply, a flagged line. Each proposal says what it's based on.
- 3

Q applies his fixed rules
A missing clock-in stops the hours report, a possible duplicate invoice gets flagged, and an error at checkout sends an alert.
- 4You
You decide
Approve, change, or say no. You decide what runs on its own, and nothing that costs money runs until you turn it on.

07Questions
Questions about AI employees, answered.
What is an AI employee?
An AI agent with a name and one job in your store. It answers, checks, calculates, and prepares, and anything that needs a decision comes to you ready, with the reasons. At Basic, each one does the core of its job. At Premium, it knows your whole store: products, orders, inventory, and suppliers.
What tasks do AI employees do in an online store?
At Hasod, our own online gift store, Maya answers customers in web chat, Stocky recommends what to reorder, Pixie reads supplier invoices, Bruno works out the profit on each order before card fees, and Q checks by fixed rules before things slip through. At a US store, Maya answers general questions in web chat from launch day, at Basic. The rest join one department at a time, and reorder recommendations and profit per order come with Premium. Each of the 11 has its own page.
Is this just another AI chatbot?
No. A chatbot waits for a question. Each MOVA agent owns one department of your store, works inside its admin, and brings you a proposal when something needs a decision. Maya is the one who chats with your customers.
Do they make decisions on their own?
The team proposes. You approve. You decide what runs on its own, and nothing that costs money runs until you turn it on. AI does the work fast. People check every change before it goes live.
How do I get started?
With a short call with a person. You tell us about your store, we move your site and connect what you already have, and you decide what runs on its own and what comes to you. Maya starts on launch day, and the rest of the team joins one department at a time.
Do they work with the tools I already use?
At Hasod, the team works inside WooCommerce, Meta, Google Analytics, and email. Your payment processor and shipping carriers are connected during setup, where your provider allows it. Other software connects where it allows a connection, and we check that on the first call.
How much does an AI employee cost?
With MOVA, $149/month covers your new site, the admin, hosting, upkeep, and all 11 agents at Basic. AI usage is included in normal volume. No credits to buy. You can upgrade any agent on its own to Premium or Master, from $29/month. Where a level has a monthly limit, like Maya's chats, we tell you before you reach the limit, nothing stops in the middle of a task, and anything beyond the limit goes ahead only after you approve it. Setup and the move are a one-time fee, quoted after a short call. No long-term contract. Cancel any month. The setup fee covers work already done, so it isn't refunded. Prices are before sales tax where it applies.
What happens to my store's data?
The team works with what's in your store's admin: orders, shipping, inventory, customers, and supplier invoices. We use your data only to run the service and never share it, except with the infrastructure, AI, and messaging providers that run it. Your store's data lives in its own database. It belongs to you.
Want the team in your store?
Maya starts on launch day, and the rest of the team joins one department at a time. It starts with a short call with a person.
Tell us about your store.
A short call with a person, not a bot. We learn how your store runs, and you get a fixed quote for the setup and the move.
Live in 7 days from access to your current site, or your first month is free.
The 7 days start when we have access to your current site and all your materials. Time spent waiting for your approvals or materials doesn't count.
No long-term contract. Cancel any month. The setup fee covers work already done, so it isn't refunded.
US stores are joining as early access.
