I already have a site. Do I have to start from scratch?
No. We move your products, photos, pages, and content, and point every old link to its new page. Customers and order history come along where your current platform can export them. A product you removed is marked as gone, instead of a broken link. Until the new site goes live, your current one keeps selling.
Does Lumi change my site on her own?
No. Lumi prepares a fix for a page, and a person checks it before it goes live. At Premium, the one thing that updates on its own is stock: when an item runs out, its page shows it right away.
When does Lumi start working at my store?
Lumi works every day at Hasod, our own online gift store. At your store, Maya answers customers from launch day, and Lumi joins one department at a time, once her department's data is in.
How much does an AI website agent cost?
With MOVA, Lumi is included at Basic in the $149/month base, together with your new site, the admin, and the rest of the team. Lumi joins your store one department at a time. Setup and the move are a one-time fee, quoted after a short call. No long-term contract. Cancel any month. The setup fee covers work already done, so it isn't refunded. Prices are before sales tax where it applies.
How many page fixes does Lumi prepare?
Up to 4 a month at Premium, and up to 8 at Master. At Basic, she checks your site once a month. We tell you before you reach the limit, nothing stops in the middle of a task, and anything beyond the limit goes ahead only after you approve it.
What happens to my store's data?
Lumi works with your site: its pages, links, and titles, and at Premium the stock shown on each product page. We use your data only to run the service and never share it, except with the infrastructure, AI, and messaging providers that run it. Your store's data lives in its own database. It belongs to you.
