At your store, setup connects the tools you use, where they allow it. Your payment processor and shipping carriers are connected during setup, where your provider allows it.

What does a connection do?

At Hasod, once a tool is connected, the team reads from it and writes to it: an order comes in, the shipment is created, and stock updates, with nothing copied between screens.

How are your tools connected?

We make the connections during setup. What we need from you: which tools your store uses, and access to them.

  1. Tell us which tools your store uses

    On the first call, we check what can connect: where the software allows it, through its API or a data export.

  2. Give us access

    To your store, your payment processor, and your shipping setup. During setup, we connect the processor and the software you already use.

  3. The team starts working

    AI does the work fast. People check every change before it goes live. Maya answers your customers in web chat from launch day, at Basic, and the rest of the team joins one department at a time.

04The team

Which agent works with which tool?

In the base, all 11 agents work at Basic. For most of these connections, at least one part works only after you upgrade the agent who runs it, to Premium or Master (from $49/month before sales tax). Each card shows which.

05Your data

Connected, and your data stays yours.

  • A database of its own

    Your store's data lives in its own database. No other store sees it.

  • Shared only to run the service

    A connection sends only what its service needs, like an address to your shipping carrier. We use your data only to run the service and never share it, except with the infrastructure, AI, and messaging providers that run it.

  • Only what's allowed goes out

    A marketing email without an unsubscribe link isn't sent at all, and a campaign goes out only after your OK.

Questions about integrations.

Do these integrations work at my store from launch day?

Some of them. Your new site and the admin work from launch day, with an email to your customers for every order status, and your payment processor connected during setup, where your provider allows it. Maya answers your customers in web chat from launch day, at Basic. The rest of the team, with each department's connections, joins one department at a time, and some parts need an agent upgrade. Google Analytics and Gmail run at Hasod and aren't in a plan yet.

Are the integrations included in the price?

Partly. The $149/month base, before sales tax, includes your new site, the admin, and all 11 agents at Basic. For 5 of the 7 integrations with a page here, at least one part works only after you upgrade the agent who runs it, to Premium or Master, from $49/month per agent. The other 2, Google Analytics and Gmail, run at Hasod and aren't in a plan yet. Each integration's page says which level each part needs. Setup and the move are a one-time fee, quoted after a short call.

I'm on Shopify or Wix. Do you connect to it?

No. MOVA rebuilds your store as a new site connected to its admin, so the move is part of setup, not a connection to your platform. We move stores from WordPress and WooCommerce, Shopify, Wix, and custom-built sites. We move your products, photos, pages, and content, and point every old link to its new page. Customers and order history come along where your current platform can export them.

Can you connect Stripe or PayPal?

Yes, where your provider allows it. Your payment processor is connected during setup, and that includes Stripe, PayPal, or the processor you use today. The connection is part of the setup quote, and your processor's fees aren't part of MOVA's price.

What about USPS, UPS, or FedEx?

Your carriers are connected during setup, through your shipping setup, where your provider allows it. A direct link that creates the shipment and brings the tracking number back comes with Jett, the shipping agent, at Premium.

What about TikTok and Google Search Console?

At Hasod, a TikTok pixel in the browser measures purchases, with no server connection and no campaign upload, and there's no report from Search Console in the admin. That's why they're not on this list.

Does the AI answer customers by email or text?

No. Maya answers your customers in web chat on your site. Email and text messages carry order updates, campaigns you approve, and alerts to your team.

What if I add a new tool after launch?

Connecting a new outside service after launch is quoted separately, and only with your OK in advance. The tools you already use are connected during setup.
