How much does MOVA cost?
With MOVA, a done-for-you ecommerce website costs $149/month, plus a one-time setup fee for the build and the move, quoted after a short call. The monthly price covers the new site, one admin, hosting and upkeep, AI usage in normal volume, and all 11 AI agents at Basic. Agent upgrades start at $29/month. Prices are before sales tax where it applies.
What's the difference between Basic, Premium, and Master?
Basic is the essential version of the agent, included in the base: the core of its department's job. At Premium, the agent knows your whole store: products, orders, inventory, and suppliers. It does the main work of its department. Master is everything in Premium, plus bigger quotas, a monthly review with a person from MOVA, and actions that cost money, which run only once you turn them on. Basic is included. Upgrade any agent to Premium or Master on its own, and go back to Basic any month. Some levels have a monthly limit, like Maya's chats or Pixie's invoices. We tell you before you reach it, nothing stops in the middle of a task, and anything beyond the limit goes ahead only after you approve it.
Why is there a setup fee, and how much is it?
Setup is the work of rebuilding and moving your store, so it depends on the size of your site: how many products, pages, and photos move, and what needs connecting. That's why there's no single price for everyone. After a short call you get a fixed quote, before you commit to anything, and setup is paid once.
What isn't included in the price?
Billed by usage: text messages, your payment processor's fees, and your domain's registration and renewal. Quoted separately, and only with your OK: new pages, features, or systems, a redesign of a site that's already live, entering content in bulk, connecting new outside services, and paid ads.
Is there a contract?
No. Cancel any month, and an email is enough. Your service runs to the end of the month you've paid for, and a paid month isn't refunded. The setup fee covers work already done, so it isn't refunded.
What happens to my data if I leave?
Your data belongs to you. Within 14 days you get a full export (products, customers, orders, invoices, and content) in standard files like CSV, and we help you move your domain. An unpaid balance never delays your export. We delete your data from our servers 60 days after the end, except what the law requires us to keep.
What does early access mean for a US store?
MOVA runs every day in our own store, Hasod. US stores are joining now as early access: your new site, the admin and Maya, your customer service agent, from launch day. The rest of the team joins one department at a time. Each agent joins at Basic inside the $149 base, so you don't pay extra as the team joins. Your payment processor and shipping carriers are connected during setup, where your provider allows it.
How is MOVA different from Sintra, Marblism, or Lindy?
They give you AI helpers for specific jobs, like email, social posts, and support, and they cost less: as published on Oct 17, 2026, Sintra is $48.50/month on its 1-month plan, Marblism $44/month billed monthly, and Lindy from $29.99/month per user, all self-serve. MOVA rebuilds your store's site and moves you onto it, for a one-time setup fee. Then $149/month covers the site, its hosting and upkeep, one admin for orders, inventory, and supplier invoices, all 11 agents at Basic, and people who check every change before it goes live.
