Does Scout know what's trending on social media?
Not yet. There's no social listening today. At Hasod, competitors' prices, new products, and sales are checked once a week. Everything else is based on what's measured: your store's own sales, last year's season for items with history, and what other sellers charge on Google Shopping for a product added from a supplier's link.
Does Scout change prices on his own?
No. He brings the market prices, and the median goes into the price field only when you click. You set the price.
When does Scout start working at my store?
Scout works every day at Hasod, our own online gift store. At your store, Maya answers customers from launch day, and Scout joins one department at a time, once his department's data is in.
How much does an AI market research agent cost?
With MOVA, Scout is included at Basic in the $149/month base, together with your new site, the admin, and the rest of the team. You can upgrade just Scout to Premium for $29/month or to Master for $49/month, and go back to Basic any month. AI usage is included in normal volume. No credits to buy. Scout joins your store one department at a time. Setup and the move are a one-time fee, quoted after a short call. No long-term contract. Cancel any month. The setup fee covers work already done, so it isn't refunded. Prices are before sales tax where it applies.
How many price checks does Scout run?
10 a month at Basic, up to 300 at Premium for products you add from a supplier's link, and up to 1,000 at Master. We tell you before you reach the limit, nothing stops in the middle of a task, and anything beyond the limit goes ahead only after you approve it.
What happens to my store's data?
Scout works with the products you check and the prices other sellers show on Google Shopping, and at Premium with your store's own sales. We use your data only to run the service and never share it, except with the infrastructure, AI, and messaging providers that run it. Your store's data lives in its own database. It belongs to you.
