Orders & operations

Meet Axel, your AI order management agent.

Axel is MOVA's AI order management agent for online stores. At Basic, included in the $149/month base, he keeps a daily order board: what came in, what's being packed, and what shipped. Premium, $49/month, sends each order only to someone on shift and starts its packing timer on its own. He joins your store one department at a time.

  • Basic: A daily order board: what came in, what's being packed, and what shipped
  • Premium: Sends an order only to someone on shift, and its timer starts on its own
  • Master: Splits a business order into a package for each recipient

Axel works every day at Hasod, the online gift store in Israel where we built MOVA. At your store, the team joins one department at a time.

Axel is one of MOVA's 11 AI employees, all 11 included at Basic in the $149/month base.

Basic is included. Upgrades from $49/month

An order just came in. Who's packing it, how long should it take, and how do you know it went out right?

At Basic, Axel shows what came in, what's being packed, and what shipped. At Premium, every order also gets someone on it and a time: the timer starts when it's assigned and stops when it's handed to the carrier.

01What Axel does

What does an AI order management agent do?

The cards marked “At Hasod today” run there every day. At your store, they come one department at a time, at the level you choose. The tag on each card shows its level: Basic is included in the base, and Premium and Master are upgrades.

IllustrationThe small screens on the cards are drawn.
  • 01Basic:

    A daily order board

Every order of the day on one board: what came in, what's being packed, and what already shipped.

  • 02At Hasod todayPremium:

A packing timer that starts on its own

Assigning someone to an order moves it to “being packed” and starts a timer. Handing it to shipping stops it. Nobody reports a start or a finish.

  • 03At Hasod todayPremium:

Every order against its expected time

The expected time comes from the last 90 days of the products in the order. With no history yet, the screen says there's no average, instead of guessing.

  • 04At Hasod todayPremium:

    Only people on shift

An order goes only to someone clocked in right now, with up to 2 orders being packed per person. Overriding the rule is logged.

  • 05At Hasod todayMaster:

A task from the chat, on the order

A rep chatting with a customer writes a task that attaches to the order line: add a gift note, change a color, move it to another day.

  • 06At Hasod todayMaster:

    One order, many addresses

A business customer orders once and sends to many recipients. Each package gets its own address, note, and shipping.

02See it work

Axel at work: a new order, someone on it, and a timer

  1. 1

Today's orders, each with who's packing it and for how long.

  2. 2

A new order goes only to someone who's on shift and free.

  3. 3

Its timer starts on its own, against the expected time.

03Getting started

How does Axel join your store?

Axel works every day at Hasod, the online gift store in Israel where we built MOVA. At your store, the team joins one department at a time.

  1. 1

    Tell us about your store

A short call with a person, not a bot: what you sell, who buys it, and what's not working.

  2. 2

    Bring what you already have

Your products, photos, and content move to the new site, and everything runs from one admin. Until the new site goes live, your current one keeps selling.

  3. 3

    Decide what comes to you

Axel shows who's on each order and by when. Overriding the shift rule is logged, and nothing that costs money runs until you turn it on.

  4. 4

    You approve with one tap

What needs a decision comes to you with the reasons, on your phone or your computer. Approve, change, or say no.

04Who he is

What matters to Axel

That every task has someone on it and a time. To him, being organized is a way of looking after people.

His question

“Who's on it, and by when?”

How he sounds

  • “How long does it actually take?”
  • “Where is it stuck?”
  • “Great. Now let's take off another minute.”

05Teammates

Who does Axel work with?

Nobody on the team works alone. Here's how Axel works with the other departments at Hasod today.

IllustrationThese conversations run at Hasod today. The numbers in them are examples.
  • Axel and Maya

A customer asks in chat: will the gift box arrive by Friday?

    • MayaCustomer: Will my mom's gift box get there by Friday?
    • AxelOrder 18421 is packed and already with our own courier.
    • MayaReply: It went out today with our courier, and it arrives today.

A precise answer, because the chat doesn't guess. It reads the order.

    Maya, AI customer service agent
  • Axel and Jett

The order's packed. The label, the carrier, and the tracking follow from it.

    • AxelOrder 18421 is done at the packing station.
    • JettOne click: label printed, carrier booked, tracking number saved.
    • JettNo update from the carrier? The system checks on its own.

No double entry, and a delivered order closes even when a carrier's update goes missing.

08Questions

Questions about Axel, answered.

Is this another screen my team has to run?

No. Your team takes an order, packs it, and hands it to the carrier, as always. The timer starts when someone is assigned and stops at dispatch. There's no start form and no finish form.

What if a product has no history yet?

Then the screen says there's no average yet, and doesn't make up a time. The expected time is built from orders that were actually packed.

When does Axel start working at my store?

Axel works every day at Hasod, our own online gift store. At your store, Maya answers customers from launch day, and Axel joins one department at a time, once his department's data is in.

How much does an AI order management agent cost?

With MOVA, Axel is included at Basic in the $149/month base, together with your new site, the admin, and the rest of the team. You can upgrade just Axel to Premium for $49/month or to Master for $79/month, and go back to Basic any month. AI usage is included in normal volume. No credits to buy. Axel joins your store one department at a time. Setup and the move are a one-time fee, quoted after a short call. No long-term contract. Cancel any month. The setup fee covers work already done, so it isn't refunded. Prices are before sales tax where it applies.

What happens to my store's data?

Axel works with your orders: what came in, what's being packed, and what shipped, and at Premium who's packing each one. We use your data only to run the service and never share it, except with the infrastructure, AI, and messaging providers that run it. Your store's data lives in its own database. It belongs to you.
