Your new site goes live only after you approve it. Each agent starts working with this connection when its department joins your store. A part that needs an upgrade starts once you upgrade its agent.

Questions about WooCommerce.
My store runs on WooCommerce. What moves?
We move your products, photos, pages, and content, and point every old link to its new page. Customers and order history come along where your current platform can export them. From WooCommerce, your product and category links can stay exactly as they are, and your current store keeps selling until the new one goes live with your OK.
Is MOVA a WooCommerce plugin?
No. MOVA rebuilds your store as a new, fast site, built on WordPress and connected to MOVA's admin, where the AI team works. There's nothing for you to install: we set up the site and its connections, and hosting, upkeep, and security updates are part of the monthly price.
What about a tool that isn't listed here?
On the first call, we check whether your software allows a connection, through its API or a data export. The tools your store already uses are connected during setup. Connecting a new outside service after launch is quoted separately, and only with your OK in advance.
What happens to the data that crosses this connection?
On this connection, orders, products, and stock move only between your store and its own admin. We use your data only to run the service and never share it, except with the infrastructure, AI, and messaging providers that run it. Your store's data lives in its own database.
