In the base, or an upgrade
Some connections come with an agent's upgrade. For example, a direct link to your shipping carriers, which creates the shipment and brings the tracking number back, comes with Jett at Premium ($49/month), where your provider allows it.
Each integration page says what's in the base and what's an upgrade.
What crosses a connection
What a connection sends goes only to the service your store chose. We use your data only to run the service and never share it, except with the infrastructure, AI, and messaging providers that run it. Your store's data lives in its own database.
