Does my store's data belong to me?

In short

Yes. Your products, customers, orders, photos, logo, and domain belong to your business. We use your data only to run the service and never share it, except with the infrastructure, AI, and messaging providers that run it. Your store's data lives in its own database.

Its own database

Your store's own database

  • Separate from every other store
  • Backed up every day
  • Encrypted

Another store

Can't see your data

It's backed up every day and encrypted, and no other store can see it.

Who else touches the data

Only those who run the service: us, to set it up, maintain it, and check it, and the infrastructure, AI, and messaging providers that run it.

Where it's written

It's in the agreement your store signs, and summarized in “Your store's data” on our legal page.

On the MOVA site

Tell us about your store.

A short call with a person, not a bot. We learn how your store runs, and you get a fixed quote for the setup and the move.

Live in 7 days from access to your current site, or your first month is free.

The 7 days start when we have access to your current site and all your materials. Time spent waiting for your approvals or materials doesn't count.

No long-term contract. Cancel any month. The setup fee covers work already done, so it isn't refunded.

US stores are joining as early access.
