What does the AI see of my store?

The AI works with your store's data only to run the service, and what it sees depends on the agent's level. At Basic, an agent reads what the core of its job needs, like your order board. At Premium, it knows your whole store: products, orders, inventory, and suppliers. At Master, Maya also reads a photo a customer sends.

Can I take my store's data with me if I leave?

Yes. Within 14 days of the end, you get a full export of your products, customers, orders, invoices, and content, in standard files like CSV, and we help you move your domain. An unpaid balance never holds your data back. 60 days after the end, we delete it from our servers, except what the law requires us to keep.

Does the free audit save my site or results?

No. We don't store the result or a copy of your site, and the address you type is used only to run the audit. It reads what any browser sees: your home page, then your public catalog when your store publishes one, or your sitemap and one product page when it doesn't.
