From launch day, you have your new site, the admin, and Maya, your customer service agent, answering customers in web chat at Basic. The rest of the team joins one department at a time. In the base, every agent works at Basic, and you can upgrade any one of them on its own.

Every department runs first at Hasod, the online gift store in Israel where we built MOVA. There, the team already answers customers, prepares campaigns, tracks stock, and works out profit every day. Maya is the first to work at your store too, from launch day.

At which level

In the $149/month base, all 11 agents work at Basic. Basic is included. Upgrade any agent to Premium or Master on its own, and go back to Basic any month. Upgrades start at $29/month. Each agent joins at Basic inside the base, so you don't pay extra as the team joins.
