How does the 7-day guarantee work?

• Counts: the days from when we have access to your current site and all your materials.
• Doesn't count: time spent waiting for your approvals or materials.

You go through the new site before it goes live, and it goes live only after you approve it. If we hear nothing from you within 7 days of handing the site over, it counts as approved, and we set the launch with you.

No long-term contract. Cancel any month. The setup fee covers work already done, so it isn't refunded. If you leave, you get a full export of your store's data within 14 days.
