What do Premium and Master add to Basic?

In the base, all 11 agents work at Basic: the core of each department's job. At Premium, from $29/month, an agent knows your whole store and does the main work of its department. Master adds bigger quotas, a monthly review with a person from MOVA, and actions that cost money, which run only once you turn them on.

How much does setup cost?

There's no single price: it's a fixed quote for your store, given after a short call and before you commit to anything. It depends on the size of your site, meaning how many products, pages, and photos move, and which connections you need. Setup is paid once.

Is there a long-term contract, and how do I cancel?

No long-term contract. Cancel any month. The setup fee covers work already done, so it isn't refunded. An email to hello@mova.biz is enough. Your service runs to the end of the month you've paid for, and a paid month isn't refunded. If you leave, you get a full export of your store's data within 14 days.

How does the 7-day guarantee work?
Live in 7 days from access to your current site, or your first month is free. The 7 days start when we have access to your current site and all your materials. Time spent waiting for your approvals or materials doesn't count. Setup also includes two rounds of fixes before the new site goes live.
