   Access and materialsWe get access to your current site and all the materials from your store. The 7 days start here.
3. Days 2 to 6
   We build and moveAI builds the site and the admin and moves your products, photos, and content, and we check each step. Your current site keeps selling.
4. Day 7
   You approve, and it goes liveOnly after your OK does the new site go live, and every old URL points to its new page. Maya starts answering your customers.

1. 1We scan your current site: every product, page, photo, and URL Google knows about, plus bugs, design mistakes, and the spots where shoppers get stuck.
2. 2We study your customers: what they look for, which questions keep coming back, and where they leave on the way to buying.
3. 3We research your competitors: prices, selection, shipping terms, and the shopping experience, and where you can do better than them.
4. 4We build the site and the admin: with AI to speed up the work, and with design, speed, and accessibility built in from the start.
5. 5We connect and move: your payment processor and shipping carriers are connected during setup, where your provider allows it. Then we move your products, photos, pages, and content.
6. 6We test like a real customer: search, cart, checkout, and an order, on a phone and a computer, plus speed, accessibility, and security.
7. 7You approve, and we go live: you get a link to the new site and go through it. It goes live only after you approve, and every old link points to its new page.

The 7 days start when we have access to your current site and all your materials. Time spent waiting for your approvals or materials doesn't count. Setup also includes two rounds of fixes on the new site before it goes live.
